How to log in account?

Whenever the user decides to enter the account after the first registration, it will not be that hard to find a way for it. At first, it is required to select from the main page the “Login” button displayed in the top menu.

Then, the person gets redirected to the required questionnaire with two main fields – username selected and password code. If necessary, it is possible to enable or disable the “Keep me logged in” feature, which is helpful in cases the person wants to maintain the privacy.

If there are any issues with the login, even when all the information is entered correctly, the button on the top leads to the customer support page. From it, the user can file a report so that the staff could look into it and determine the issue.

What is username?

To help the users to differentiate, the platform maintains the policy of assigning the unique usernames to every registered person. This will help to prevent any scam schemes, confusions or minor inconveniences due to people maintaining the same nickname.

If there were any problems while picking up the first username, the platform has enabled the feature of automatic suggestions that would generate the unique option based on the input. After selecting it, the warning which would indicate the nickname being taken should disappear, allowing to proceed further.

How to restore password?

One of the common reasons why users cannot log in as usually is the wrong password entered. The most trivial reasons for it include wrong keyboard language, enabled Caps Lock or simple typo that could appear if the person types too fast. However, if it was not the case, the user can select the password reset feature by selecting the highlighted “Click here” to open the form for it.

After a brief moment, the sections from the regular login will change to the username and e-mail fields which are required for the reset. Sending the request to the platform, the user should wait next for the new letter which will help to restore the access.

Inside of the letter, there should be a link that will lead the person to new password creation form, where it is required to come up with a new combination and repeat it again. The changes will be applied immediately, and everything that is left afterwards is to log in again with a new password selected.

There, a regular sign-in form will appear, which will require a username or e-mail in its stead and a password combination. After submitting them, the user will immediately get redirected to the main page again with the active account status.

Inside of the form, all the necessary features are present in the same way as they were in the web environment. This includes the “Reset password” function, enabling of “Keep me logged in option” and opportunity of immediate redirect to the customer support in case something goes wrong.

From the full screen, it will be much easier to spot the “Login” button situated in the menu on the page top. By clicking it, a pop-up will appear, introducing the sign-in form to enter the information in.

If there is no account yet, there is no need to close the message to get to the registration form. The option below the login window also has the redirect to the registration, so it is enough to click on “Sign up free now” and start the account creation.
